March 2nd is National Read Across America Day. We always work towards encouraging a love of reading but today we put an extra emphasis on literacy.
Our youngest Pumas worked on Math games inspired by the Dr. Seuss classic “One fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish.” There was also a scavenger hunt where each student selected a letter at random, then walked around the classroom to find something that begins with those letters.
Our older students spent time reading in the library and being read to in the classroom. Take a look at what we’ve been up to below!
